Pet policies vary by RV. Some of our RVs are pet-friendly with a small cleaning fee. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a pet.

You can book directly through our website by selecting your RV, rental dates, and any add-ons. Payment is processed securely online. Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation and rental agreement.

Cancellations made at least 14 days before the rental start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days may be partially refundable depending on availability. Please review our full policies for details.

Yes, all renters are required to have insurance. Coverage may be purchased through our platform or provided by your own personal insurance or credit card. We can guide you on the best option for your rental.

Most rentals include a daily mileage allowance. Additional miles are charged per mile over the limit. Details vary by RV, so please check the individual listing or your rental agreement.

Pickups are scheduled at our location (or delivered if arranged). We provide a complete walkthrough and checklist. Returns are straightforward: simply clean the RV (basic cleanup required), refuel, and drop it off or have it picked up.

All our RVs come with roadside assistance and emergency contact numbers. We’ll guide you through any issues and ensure you can continue your trip safely.

Yes, you may travel outside the state, but please notify us in advance. Certain restrictions may apply depending on insurance coverage or seasonal road conditions.

Each RV listing includes the maximum sleeping capacity. Please respect these limits for safety and comfort.

For safety and vehicle protection, our RVs should stay on paved roads and maintained campsites. Off-road travel is not permitted.

We provide basic essentials like bedding, cookware, and cleaning supplies. We recommend bringing personal items, towels, food, and entertainment for your trip.

A basic cleanup is required: dishes washed, trash removed, and RV tidied. Full detailing is optional; additional cleaning fees may apply if the RV is returned excessively dirty.

Optional camping gear may be available for rent, including chairs, tables, grills, and more. Check your RV listing or contact us for add-ons.

Extensions may be possible depending on availability. Contact us as soon as possible if you want to extend your trip.

We accept major credit cards and online payments through our secure booking system. Payment details are collected at the time of booking.

Minimal amount of time to rent is 3 nights. You would need to either pick up and return in Gardena, CA or if you live within 35 miles of 90248, you can purchase a delivery/pick up option for $100. If you live further away, please inquire regarding the delivery costs. If you rent for 6 nights or more, we will include complimentary delivery and return within 35 miles of 90248. Certain holidays, locations and promotions require a longer nightly minimum. Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years have a 7 night minimum.
