1. Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 30 or more days before pickup: 100% refund of the nightly rental amount, minus the Outdoorsy Service Fee.

Cancellations made 29–8 days before pickup: Renter is responsible for 50% of the nightly rental amount for the remaining days.

Cancellations made 7 days or fewer before pickup: Renter is responsible for 100% of the nightly rental amount, plus the service fee.
3. Eligibility & Drivers

Only approved drivers listed at booking may operate the RV.

All drivers must have a valid driver’s license.
-
Towing or off-road use is strictly prohibited.
4. RV Use & Care
-
This is a premium, well-maintained RV; please treat it with care.

No smoking inside the RV.

Pets may be approved in advance only.

Return the RV clean and with a full tank of gas. Failure to do so will result in a $30 cleaning/fueling fee plus the cost of fuel.

The RV is equipped with GPS for your safety and assistance during the trip.

Full orientation will be provided at pickup.
5. Travel Restrictions

The RV may not be driven outside the U.S., including Canada or Mexico.
6. Damage & Liability

Renter is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the RV beyond normal wear and tear.

Any damage costs may be charged to the card on file.
7. Additional Terms
-
Mileage limits, optional equipment, and delivery fees (if applicable) will be listed in the rental confirmation.

Renter agrees to comply with all local, state, and federal laws during use of the RV.
